About Me

Keri Cassidy Taylor

My Suzuki education began at the age of 3 when I was involved in the first ever Suzuki group led by Brigid Walton.

After reading music at the University of Ulster, I was fortunate to be accepted into the violin teacher training programme at the British Suzuki Institute in London where, over the next five years I would complete my Suzuki violin training (Level 5).  I am delighted to have reintroduced the Suzuki Method to Northern Ireland after a twenty years absence.

In August 2012, I started my Suzuki ECE training with Dorothy Jones in Switzerland. This was the first time that Suzuki ECE training was available in Europe.  I am delighted to be introducing Suzuki ECE classes to Northern Ireland. There is only one other qualified Suzuki ECE teacher in the whole of the United Kingdom!  I will return to Switzerland to complete my training.

The Suzuki Method has been a part of me for most of my life. I know that every day is better when Suzuki philosophy is at the root of not just music, but life also.

As Dr Suzuki stated,

“Where love is deep, much can be accomplished”.
